Message not sending in whatsapp

I connected with Google sheet with interakt. after i press the "save and send Test request" its shows (Res2 msg) "Message queued for sending via Interakt. Check webhook for delivery status". and its not sending messages.. what to do?

Based on the response available from your Interakt's API response, it appears that messages are being queued on your Interakt account during processing. Therefore, we recommend reaching out to the Interakt support team to investigate why these messages are getting queued.
