Hello!
I am facing a little difficulty here that I can't figure out.
I am trying to do 2 things here:
1 workflow. When new lead comes into the monday.com board --- Create a new contact in Sendinblue (this works)
2 workflow. When status in Monday board changes on these leads, update attribute on Sendinblue contact (this doesn't work)
The problem is that in the second workflow for some reason, the e-mail field is not being pushed in the data layer when using the trigger "When status changes to something".
My first solution would be to figure out how to push the e-mail value in the data layer from Monday.com. I am not sure if that would actually work and the attribute would be updated in Sendinblue based on status change and the e-mail that the status is associated with.
Any tips on how to make this work and make sure that when the status changes in Monday, there is a data lookup that matches the monday.com lead based on e-mail and updates the status on sendinblue contact also based on e-mail?
