Multiple Accounts of One app

I am trying to add multiple account of app but it only adds the same by itself. What is the problem?

i know how to add anew connection but after trying 7 times i can't add other it only repeats 1st. Also in instagram

You can try i am trying to connect Other accounts as well but not working. Already gone through every option available.
