Hello, I made an integration with activcampaign and twilio for sending sms reminder reminder for person who has register for my webinar but he didn't work. No one was received the sms who i was scheduled.

Hey @JefWebinarAddict

To use the Delay Until action step then you need to convert the date time to UTC format from your current timezone first and then that converted DateTime will work accordingly.

Since the DateTime which you have set in the workflow wasn't in the future date time and because of that the action step didn't process your next action step.
