Upon reviewing your workflow, I noticed that the filter condition you have set for all the routes is "Payload Payment Entity Wallet," which is causing an issue because it is returning a "Null" value from Razorpay. To fix this, I have mapped the email address to the filter condition, and you need to map this condition to all of your routes.

Once you have mapped the email address, please try running your workflow again and let me know if the issue still persists.
