Hello @1441 Fitness ,

Upon reviewing your workflow “CLONE - [Create Shopify orders into Zoho as new Sales Order]”, we noticed that the error you’re facing is related to an invalid customer name.

When we tried re-executing the workflow, the error message appeared as —
“The customer ‘Abhay Chadha’ already exists. Please specify a different name.”

To verify this behavior and ensure the workflow is functioning correctly, we suggest you create a test order in your Shopify store using the customer name “Pabbly Test”, and then let us know the result.

We’ve also temporarily turned off the auto re-execution of the workflow to capture the error message accurately during troubleshooting.
Once you’ve tested it, please share the outcome so we can proceed with further assistance.
