Hi, The workflow receives student application information from jotform to create student record in first table, then Application linked to the student record, then Funding sponsor in last table linked to the application record in airtable. Workflow is successfully creating the student record and application record but failing to return a response when creating sponsor to be linked to the application already created in previous step.

We checked it and filtered the task history with the 500 error, and it appears this happened due to a temporary downtime from Airtable’s end (blank response returned).

If the Sponsor record is already created in Airtable, you can safely ignore this error. Re-executing the task may create a duplicate Sponsor record, so we recommend not re-running it unless required.

Hi Preeti, Thank you for looking into our problem. Unfortunately this error is still unresolved. It certainly doesn't not seem to be due to downtime on Airtable side as I have tried setting the workflow over 3 days now and it creates the application without error but always refuses to create and link the sponsor.

However, from our end, the workflow setup looks correct and appears to be working as expected. To better understand what is happening in your case, could you please share a short screencast showing the exact issue while the Sponsor record is being created/linked?

Also, kindly share the Task History IDs where the Sponsor step is failing, so we can review the exact execution logs and assist you more accurately.
