Need help on this update google sheet row error

I get these two errors in my workflow:

The value (4 - Horrific Old Medical Tools) you tried to search for in the 'Lookup Spreadsheet Rows' action step does not appear to be present in your Google Sheets spreadsheet, because of which no row has been passed to the 'Update Rows' action step, and you encountered the error.
