Can't seem to pass on the meeting details to HubSpot from LeadConnector and for it to work - keeps failing

Hey @aj_yogilab

Seems like you have made the changes in your workflow and the last step is now to Update a Deal to update the deal you need to pass the Contact's ID whereas the user's email address that you are passing doesn't exist in your Hubspot account and because of that the deal is not getting request to update.

So, if the contact doesn't exist then you need to create it, you may refer to the following video lesson where we have mentioned that you can pass the contact ID with the help of the Router action step.
