Need to change the timezone dynamically but when I try to change the timezone as per the appointment I don't get the desired output.

I tried to change the timezone from africa to dynamic meeting timezone and convert that to UTC to apply delay but get a different output. I don't get the desired output date 29/03/2024

When converting from IST to UTC timezone, there's a time difference of 5 hours and 30 minutes. For a clearer explanation, please refer to the screenshot below.

Considering the incoming time is 4 AM, after subtracting 5 hours and 30 minutes (IST time adjustment), the day and time in IST will also decrease accordingly.

Additionally, if you notice that the trigger response already provides the time in UTC, please refrain from converting it to UTC again.
