Besides the working of the Credit System, while upgrading/downgrading a subscription, Pabbly has launched some additional ways in which this credit system will work -
1.Add/Deduct Credit - The service credits can be added/deducted as per the merchant's choice on a subscription instantly -
2.Refund as Credits - Merchant can issue the refund in form of “Credits” to the customer, The refunded credits will then be managed in automation with the ongoing subscriptions -
Also, the new Credit system now works on a subscription basis instead of on a customer basis, which means the credits generated against a subscription will now be managed automatically for that subscription only in the next billing cycle.
