NINJA forms Quickbooks workflow error messages

I have a simple ninja form that passes on some numbers and creates an invoice on quickbooks

It works for me in zappier, but when I try a similar one in pabbly I get error messages. I'm not sure which piece of data is missing that is triggering this. I don't think it's a permissions issue because I can run a search for the user.

the user exists, I have their user ID

Please verify whether the item falls under the category of product or service since it is listed there as a category because only then can the API handle the request.

If you need any more configuration for your QBO account, contact their team.
