No data from ManyChat, while status API request is 'success'

Hi all,

I'm trying to get the subscription ID from my ManyChat-subscriber when I only have the phonenumber in my account. When I save and send the request, the value is 'success' but I don't see any data. What am I doing wrong?

We’ve tested the "Search Subscriber by Phone Number" action for the ManyChat in Pabbly Connect and encountered the same result.

To help us troubleshoot further, we request you to test the same using the “Try It Out” feature available in the ManyChat API documentation (as shown in the attached image):

  1. Click on “Try It Out.”
  2. Enter the required details, including the phone number.
  3. Execute the test and share the results with us.

If the same issue persists there as well, it likely indicates a limitation or issue on ManyChat’s end. In such a case, we recommend contacting their support for further assistance.

Based on the error message, it appears that you haven’t added your API token yet. Please scroll to the top of the API documentation, click the Authorize button, enter your API token, and then click Authorize again.

After this, try performing the action by entering the phone number. Kindly refer to the attached image for guidance.

As per the screenshot provided you are getting the same response as in Pabbly. We recommend reaching out to the ManyChat team regarding the concern as the data has been sent from their end.
