Not able to get WhatsApp text message and CTA Botton data at same time

When we capture the response by sending a text message from the user, then the "Entry 0 Changes 0 Value Messages 0 Text Body" attribute is visible. When we capture a response by clicking on the Quick Reply Whatsapp buttons, then we get "Entry 0 Changes 0 Value Messages 0 Botton Text" attribute is visible.
Because of this, we are unable to track both things at the same time.
