I’m receiving an email notification about a recent task execution. However, my workflow is running correctly. Could you please explain why I’m getting this email, and how I can troubleshoot or verify what is triggering it?


This email is to notify you that for the workflow "Bewerbung form to Google Calendar (all forms)" , a recent task was not executed due to following error -

Thanks for reaching out.

Upon checking, we noticed that the error occurred due to the OAuth-based Google Calendar connection. The access token for such connections is refreshed automatically in the background. At the time this task executed, the token had temporarily expired, which caused the authentication error.

Please note that the workflow was auto re-executed within a few minutes, and it ran successfully once the token was refreshed. This is why you received the notification, even though the workflow is now working correctly.

No action is required from your end in this case. The issue resolves itself automatically.

We hope this clarifies the reason behind the notification.
 
I’m having an issue where Gravity Forms should trigger a request to Pabbly after submission, but the request is not appearing in Pabbly. This has happened twice now (it happened previously as well). Can you help me understand why the request isn’t reaching Pabbly?

Could you please share the screenshot again with the details in English, and also let us know if you are seeing any error message on the Gravity Forms side? Additionally, please share the workflow URL where this webhook is connected so we can review it further.

Also, please note that we experienced a brief downtime today. If any webhook requests were sent during that period, they would have been queued in our system and should start executing automatically shortly.

Once you share the requested details, we will be happy to assist you further.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Upon reviewing it, we can see that a timestamp is mentioned. Could you please confirm the time zone in which this time is recorded? This will help us evaluate whether it falls within the downtime window we experienced.

We also recommend monitoring the workflow for some time to see if the execution gets captured, as webhook responses sent during the downtime may have been queued in our system and should execute shortly.

Please let us know once you have the time zone details.
 
Thanks for your message. The timestamp shown in the screenshot is recorded in the Berlin, Germany time zone (Europe/Berlin) — i.e., CET (UTC+01:00) or CEST (UTC+02:00) depending on daylight saving time.

Pabbly Connect experienced downtime today between 12:38 PM IST and 03:17 PM IST. Since your webhook was supposed to trigger at 02:09 PM IST, you encountered this issue.

Please note that it can take some time for all the queued webhooks and poll-based data to get executed, depending on the volume in the queue. We request you to please wait for a while and continue monitoring the executions.

Could you please confirm which specific step is returning an empty response?

From our end, the trigger response appears to be captured correctly in the Task History. Kindly refer to the attached task screenshot for clarity.

Once you confirm the exact step, we’ll be able to assist you further.

It doesn't always happen; it only happens sometimes here is a form entry its showing all data not in pabbly please see this issue i face to many time this problem

From our end, the Task History entries appear to be capturing the trigger data correctly. We are not able to see missing fields in the executions we checked.

Since you mentioned this happens only sometimes, could you please clarify:
  • What exact data is missing in Pabbly?
  • Which specific field is empty?
  • What difference are you noticing between the form entry and the captured trigger data?
If possible, please share a short screen recording showing:
  1. The form submission
  2. The corresponding Task History entry
  3. The specific field that appears empty
This will help us compare both sides and identify what is causing the intermittent issue.
