Hi Preeti,
I have a question : how can I solve this : One task keeps repeating itself (error flow) and now all tasks have been used within minutes. Can you help me fix this?
Also, do I have to upgrade to a higher plan just because of that, for one month? I usually have enough with 20k and 50k would be a huge stretch for me

Thanks for your help!

Hello @Bomeline,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It appears that multiple responses are being sent from various chats to the webhook, which is causing the workflow to run excessively. To prevent further task consumption, we’ve temporarily disabled the workflow from our end.

We recommend reviewing the source of these responses to identify what might be triggering them repeatedly.

In the meantime, we've credited all the consumed tasks back to your account so you don’t run out of task limits while testing.

Please check the workflow, try enabling it again, and monitor its behavior. If the issue persists and keeps triggering repeatedly, we suggest disabling it and setting up a new, more stable workflow.

Dear Preeti, as always thank you so much for your quick and super helpful response.

I don't know what triggered the excessive running of the task, I can see it is all with the same email address, but I don't know why.

Could it be because re-execution setting is set to 1?

Thank you so much
Best wishes

Hello @Bomeline,

Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m really glad I could help. If you could take a moment, please add a review on Google, sharing your experience with Pabbly. Your feedback helps us improve.

Regarding your query, no, the issue does not seem to be caused by the auto-re-execution setting. Upon reviewing the task history earlier, I noticed that the payload and some data fields in the response appear to be changing with each execution.

To better understand the root cause, I would recommend reaching out to the ManyChat team, as they would be in the best position to identify why multiple responses might be getting triggered from their end on the webhook.

Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.
