Outlook Integration Query

Good Morning,

Is it possible to amend the "Reply-to" information that is sent when pabbly sends an email through outlook?

Ideally, I want my client to be able to hit his reply button and it sends the reply to the customer. I did add a "Click here to email the customer back" but he keeps hitting reply and sending his responses to me lol.

Right now, we don't have this option. We have shared this with the integration team so that they can look into supporting this as well when they plan to updated the Outlook integration.

You will be notified once we start supporting "Reply-to" email field as well in the integration.

I have tried the trial of the “Email Marketing” plan you have. I can’t see the option there either? Is there not an option in that to use the Reply to field?

No, we don't have any option to set "reply-email" currently either in Pabbly Email Marketing application as well.
