Pabbly Connect + Google Review Reply Automation Suddenly Stopped Working

Hey Pabbly community!

I had set up an automation using Pabbly Connect + ChatGPT API to auto-reply to new Google Reviews — and it was working beautifully!

However, after about 20–30 successful replies, the automation suddenly stopped working and keeps showing the same error every time I try to run it again. I even tested it on different reviews and accounts, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Would really appreciate help from the community or Pabbly team. This automation is super useful for managing our reviews and I’d love to get it back on track.

Hello @contentocean,

Upon checking, we noticed that the “Fetch Review” step isn’t returning any data, which is causing Step 5 to fail.

We recommend adding a filter immediately after Step 2 to check whether the mapped review field exists. This will ensure the workflow only proceeds when a review is successfully fetched, thereby avoiding any errors.

But why is it not fetching any data? Is there anything wrong on my side? I'm facing the same issue with another workflow (IjU3NjUwNTZlMDYzZjA0MzY1MjY4NTUzMDUxMzU1MTY2NTQzMzBmMzYi_pc).
