Hi @Aariembroideryn Designers,

We have checked your account and found that your monthly Pabbly Connect plan was purchased with auto-renewal enabled.

If the auto-debit mandate is active, your plan should be automatically renewed on 28th February. However, if the mandate is not active or fails, the renewal may not go through.

As per our records, auto-renewal was selected at the time of purchase, so the subscription should renew automatically.

We recommend ensuring that your payment method or auto-debit mandate is active to avoid any interruption.

Hi @Aariembroideryn Designers,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots.

The reminder email you received is for a different Pabbly Connect Monthly Plan – Tier 1 subscription that was purchased on November 30, 2025.

Your recent renewal on February 28, 2026 was processed successfully, and there is no issue with that payment.

To avoid further due reminders, you may cancel the older subscription by following the steps mentioned in the thread below:
https://forum.pabbly.com/threads/ho...auto-renewal-for-a-pabbly-subscription.14313/

Please let us know once done or if you need any assistance.

Hi @Aariembroideryn Designers,

Thank you for reaching out.

Regarding your concerns:

1) Subscription Renewal Issue (UPI Failed)
If the auto-renewal via UPI has failed, the subscription will not renew automatically. To continue without disruption, we recommend that you manually purchase the required plan again from our pricing page:
https://www.pabbly.com/connect

This will ensure your workflows continue to run smoothly without any interruption.

2) Changing Payment Method (UPI to Credit Card)
Please note that once a subscription is created, the payment method cannot be changed for that existing subscription.

In this case, we recommend the following:
  • Purchase the plan again using your credit card as the payment method
  • Once done, inform us, and we will cancel the previous subscription to ensure you are not charged twice

Additionally, we suggest opting for the yearly plan, as it is more cost-effective and avoids frequent renewal issues, providing a smoother experience.
