Pabbly connect takes a long time to send a request to whatsapp

Hello,

I have been using Pabbly Connect to send messages using the WhatsApp API, and it has always been sending the messages immediately. However, recently, for the past week, I have noticed that after I click "send & save," it takes one hour for the message to reach my phone. I tried sending a message using a curl request on my laptop, and I received it instantly. Therefore, the issue is not with WhatsApp API but with Pabbly.

Could you please help me with resolving this problem?

Hey @Genio

It appears you might not have configured your Phone number with your WhatsApp Cloud API incorrectly or might have done some changes to your WhatsApp Cloud API account and because of that, it might not be sending messages.

So, please reconfigure your WhatsApp Cloud API with your main phone number and avoid using the test phone number.

Unfortunately its a bug from the api itself
this a thread from other people facing the same issue
