Pabbly Connect Task Reset Policy:
At Pabbly Connect, we strive to offer transparent and user-friendly policies. We hope this documentation provides a clear understanding of our task reset policy.
1. The Reset Task button is disabled for users without the Unlimited Plan. This feature is available only to Unlimited Plan subscribers.
2. The Reset Task button is disabled as task usage is below 80%. It will become active once 80% of the allotted tasks are consumed.
- Monthly Subscription: Users who bought the monthly plan:
- For our monthly subscribers, task counts are reset on the date of their monthly subscription renewal. For instance, if a user subscribes on the 10th of a month, their task count will reset on the 10th of the subsequent month after their next monthly payment is completed.
- Yearly Subscription: Users who bought the yearly plan:
- For our yearly subscribers, task counts are reset on the 1st of every month, regardless of their purchase date.
- Lifetime Subscription (LTD)/One-time plans:
- Users who opt for the lifetime subscription or one-time subscription will have their tasks reset on the 1st of every month, regardless of their purchase date.
- Both Lifetime/One-time (LTD) & Recurring Subscribers:
- It is to be noted that we provide the ability for the users to buy monthly plans on top of their Lifetime plans. When that happens, the tasks belonging to the monthly plans are reset on the monthly subscription renewal data and the LTD tasks are reset on the 1st of every month.
- Free Users:
- If you are using Pabbly Connect's free version, your tasks will also reset on the 1st of every month.
