Overview


The Pabbly Connect Agency Feature is designed specifically for agencies and businesses to efficiently manage their clients' automation workflows. With this feature, agency owners can purchase bulk tasks and assign them to other Pabbly Connect accounts. Each assigned account gets full access to Pabbly Connect's features and integrations, making client management seamless and scalable.




How It Works

  1. Purchase an Agency Plan: Choose from predefined plans starting at 200,000 tasks per month.
  2. Assign Tasks to Accounts:
    • Navigate to the Agency Tasks section.
    • Enter the email address of the registered Pabbly Connect account.
    • Specify the number of tasks to assign (minimum 10,000).
  3. Monitor Assignments:
    • View assigned tasks and usage in the Task Assignment Log.
    • Access detailed logs to track assignment history.
  4. Task Renewal:
    • Assigned tasks automatically renew on the 1st of each month.
    • Revoked tasks are returned to the main account on the 1st of next month.

Important Notes

  1. Minimum Task Assignment: You can assign a minimum of 10,000 tasks per account.
  2. Unlimited Accounts: There is no limit on the number of accounts to which tasks can be assigned.
  3. Task Renewal: Assigned tasks renew automatically at the 1st of each month automatically.
  4. Task Revocation: Unused tasks can be revoked at any time and will return to your main account on the 1st of the following month.
  5. Exclusive Task Assignment Policy: If a Pabbly Connect account is assigned tasks by one agency owner, no other agency owner can assign tasks to that same Pabbly Connect account. This ensures exclusive task management and prevents conflicts between multiple agency owners assigning tasks to the same account. Further you cannot assign tasks to your own Pabbly Connect account
  6. Updating Tasks Limit: While updating an already assigned task, you can only increase the number of tasks. If you need to decrease the count, you must first revoke all assigned tasks and then reassign them as needed.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Assigning Tasks​

  • Go to the Agency Tasks section.
  • Click on Assign Tasks.
  • Enter the email address of the client’s registered Pabbly Connect account.
  • Specify the number of tasks to assign and click Assign Task.

2. Monitoring Task Usage

  • Open the Task Assignment Log.
  • View detailed logs showing the email, date, and number of assigned/revoked tasks.

3. Updating Assigned Tasks

  • Click on the three dots beside the assigned account.
  • Select Update and modify the number of assigned tasks as needed.
  • While updating an already assigned task, you can only increase the number of tasks. If you need to decrease the count, you must first revoke all assigned tasks and then reassign them as needed.

4. Revoking Tasks

  • Open the task log for the assigned account.
  • Select Revoke Tasks to return assigned tasks to your account balance.
  • Note that tasks can be revoked at any time and will return to your main account on the 1st of the following month.
