Pabbly Connects are not working

We checked your workflow and task history, and it appears the workflow is not triggering because data is not reaching Pabbly Connect from your Google Sheet.

To resolve this, please check your Google Sheet setup:

1. Open your Google Sheet and go to Extensions > Pabbly Connect Webhooks > Initial Setup.

2. Verify that the Webhook URL added in the extension matches the one generated in your Pabbly Connect trigger step (https://connect.pabbly.com/webhook-listener/webhook/...).

3. Depending on how data enters your spreadsheet, ensure the correct option is enabled under Extensions > Pabbly Connect Webhooks:

   • If data is added manually: Enable Send On Event. This immediately sends data to Pabbly Connect whenever a new row is added/updated manually.

   • If data is added via a third-party application or integration: Enable Send On Schedule. This option works on a polling basis and automatically checks for new rows every 1 hour.

Once updated, please test by adding a new row or triggering an event to verify if data flows into your workflow.
