We have checked your workflow and the Thrivecart's Trigger. The workflow was set up with the event "cart.abandoned".
So we would suggest you set up the workflow initially with the "order.success" and remap the further required fields because the data will flow according to the "order.success" and the fields wouldn't go missed out like it is now.
