This guide explains how the new Pabbly Email Marketing plans work, including subscriber limits, email sending, SMTP options, and important usage policies. Our goal is to provide a flexible and scalable email marketing platform while maintaining platform stability and good email deliverability for all users.



1. Pabbly Email Marketing Plans​

We have introduced a simplified pricing structure with three plans.

Free Plan​

  • Up to 100 subscribers
  • Ideal for testing and small projects

Starter Plan​

  • Up to 10,000 subscribers
  • Price: $19 / ₹1,703 per month

Unlimited Plan​

  • Price: $79 per month
  • Designed for businesses with growing email lists and higher sending needs


2. What Happens to Existing Plans?​

All previous Pabbly Email Marketing plans are now deprecated and are not available for new users to purchase.

However:
  • Existing customers can continue using their current plans
  • Their subscriptions will remain active as long as they keep renewing
If an existing customer wants to switch to the new Unlimited Plan, they will need to:
  • Purchase the new plan manually, or
  • Cancel their existing subscription which they can't resume after that


3. Understanding Unlimited Subscribers​

The Unlimited Plan allows you to manage a growing email list without needing to upgrade to higher tiers frequently.

Initial Subscriber Limit​

When you subscribe to the Unlimited Plan, you can initially upload up to 25,000 subscribers

Increasing Subscriber Limits​

If your list grows beyond 25,000 subscribers, you can request a subscriber limit increase.
Subscriber limits may be increased after account review, which considers factors such as:
  • Account activity
  • Email campaign performance
  • Sending behavior
  • Compliance with platform policies
  • Fair usage guidelines
This process helps maintain system stability and prevents misuse of the platform.



4. Understanding Unlimited Email Sending​

Pabbly Email Marketing does not impose a fixed monthly sending limit inside the platform. You can send emails using two options:

Option 1: External SMTP Providers​

You can connect your own SMTP provider such as:
  • Amazon SES
  • SendGrid
  • Mailgun
  • Any other SMTP service
When using an external SMTP, Pabbly Email Marketing does not limit the number of emails you send. Your sending limit depends entirely on your SMTP provider's limits.



Option 2: Pabbly Send with Us SMTP​

You can also send emails using Pabbly's inbuilt SMTP service.
When using Pabbly Send with Us SMTP:
  • Initial sending limit starts at 500 emails per day
  • Sending limits gradually increase based on campaign performance
Performance factors include:
  • Low bounce rates
  • Low spam complaints
  • Good subscriber engagement

Maximum Sending Limit​

The sending limit can increase up to 100,000 emails per day.

Limit increases are subject to:
  • Account review
  • Campaign performance
  • Fair usage policies


6. Connecting Multiple SMTP Providers​

Yes, Pabbly Email Marketing allows you to connect multiple SMTP providers. This allows you to:
  • Distribute sending across providers
  • Create backup sending routes
  • Manage high email volumes more efficiently


7. Email Deliverability Best Practices​


To maintain good deliverability, you should:
  • Send emails to opt-in subscribers
  • Avoid purchased email lists
  • Keep bounce rates low
  • Minimize spam complaints
  • Authenticate your sending domain (SPF / DKIM)
Good email practices help ensure your emails reach the inbox instead of spam folders and help you increase you limit further.



13. Fair Usage Policy​

The Unlimited Plan is designed for legitimate business use. The platform may review accounts to ensure fair usage and platform stability.

Activities that violate policy include:
  • Sending spam emails
  • Phishing campaigns
  • Malicious or harmful content
  • Using purchased email lists
  • Abusive sending behavior
Accounts violating policies may face:
  • Sending restrictions
  • SMTP suspension
  • Account suspension


14. Single Business Use Policy​

The Unlimited Subscribers feature is intended for one business or organization. If you manage multiple businesses, each business should operate under its own separate Pabbly Email Marketing account.



15. Refund Policy​

Pabbly Email Marketing includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, accounts that violate platform policies (such as spam or malicious activity) may be suspended without eligibility for a refund.



16. Policy Updates​

Pabbly reserves the right to modify policies and usage rules to ensure:
  • Platform performance
  • Service reliability
  • Email deliverability standards
  • Security compliance
