Pabbly is enrolling students on course they have not bought on Thrivecart

We got the Pabbly link working, so that the trigger is for course purchased and the course selected for the trigger is our home fragrance course.

However someone just bought a different course on Thrivecart and they were enrolled on the home fragrance course as well.
Is there something we are missing?

Hey @SarahJanes

You can use the "Filter" action step after the trigger step in your workflow with "Order.success" which will only allow the users who have paid to you.

Payment WAS successful, but for a different course than the home fragrance online course.

We have classes booked through Thrivecart, they pay and we have them on the live classes.

Someone booked for a live class with us for X on Y date, we got payment and then added them to the course list.

Yet they were then also auto-enrolled onto the Home Fragrance Online Course on Xperiencify.

So I see the above where we have order success, but do we need to include in the filter something specific to it being the Home Fragrance course as a condition in the filter?

Yes, you need to use the filter on the basis of the base product. Kindly try adding the filter and executing the workflow.

We have tried this new setup, however when did the test run with a £1 purchase we got a notification of payment from Thrivecart, however it did not enroll the dummy student on Xperiencify nor does it trigger the joining email from them, so something is not connecting?

Hey @SarahJanes

Could you please share the Task ID in which you have tried the dummy purchase so that we can look into it?

Do you mean Task History ID? Because it has not shown any of the recent tasks on the 10th in our History despite us making the purchases at the £1 price purchase on the 10th which is odd

The good news is I think I found the problem.

When I updated the response capture the filter first task of the captured event seems to have changed from event: order.success to event: order.payment. When I changed the filter value to order.payment it now went through and connected with Xperirencify so I must not have properly updated when I put in the tasks.

And the filter IS working as I made a second dummy course and ran a purchase and it worked fine without enrolling them on the first course, which we want.

Thanks so much for your help!
