Pabbly not able to trigger interakt template after getting data in the google sheet via an API.

I am receiving user data from a database into my google sheet. Now I want to send welcome message to the new user that is updated in the new row of the google sheet.

Now the issue is that, whenever I do a manual entry inside the sheet, the trigger in the workflow is set and it sends message to the user. But that same workflow does not trigger after data is sent from the API into the same sheet.
It's weird but please help.
