Upon investigation, it appears that you are experiencing issues with your checkout pages not functioning properly due to reaching the usage limit of the free plan. This has resulted in account activity restrictions. Specifically, the account associated with the email address - [email protected] has created more than 25 customers, exceeding the limit set by the free plan.
When the free plan limit is exceeded, our system automatically suspends accounts. The error message associated with this issue is:
To resolve this issue, we kindly request you to consider upgrading to one of our paid plans.
You can explore the available plans and choose the one that best aligns with your requirements by visiting the following links:

The free plan does not show that there is a limit of 25 customers. It only shows the cap in Revenue.
Our subscribers have not been able to access the page since Saturday when we wrote to you. We had ads running too.
Had this info been available on your page, we would have planned accordingly and not lost customers & money.
Our dashboard show that lifetime access is available at $149. However, on clicking, we could not see this amount. The landing page shows $249 instead. Pls let us know where we can pay $149 & activate this urgently.

For the free plan of Pabbly Subscription Billing, we have a limit on the number of customers created in the account that is 25 customers, while for the paid plans, we have a cap based on revenue.
We have recently updated the price of the Starter Plan $149 LTD plan to $249. This change has been reflected on the website, which is why you are seeing the updated price of $249. The dashboard will soon be updated to reflect this change as well. If you are interested in purchasing the Starter Plan for $249 with Pabbly Subscription Billing, please let us know so that we can share the payment link accordingly.
