Payment Failed in Razorpay but still that flow works

Kindly help with this.

I have created one workflow where I am creating accounts based on Woocommerce entry if payment is happening from my website. That data is entered into my google sheet. But if the payment failed also that entry is going into my workflow and executing all the entries.

Kindly correct it and help.

Please create another workflow and follow that payment is happening in razorpay and woocommerce then only it go to google sheet.

Can you please reconfigure your Razorpay trigger event for failed payment from your account once and then try again?
