Paypal and Razorpay PLAN upgrade and downgrade

Currently we loose revenue because customers are not able to upgrade or downgrade their plan when using paypal and Razorpay. This makes these payments gateways Useless.

We are planning to use razorpay subscriptions feature instead of pabbly because of this.
