Paypal does not connect

Hi Team,
I tried to connect Paypal exactly the way you described. Since then (more than an hour) the connection keeps waiting for a webhook response. When I insert the paypal button into my website and try to make a payment I am unable to log into my paypal account (user or pw wrong) but when trying to login to the same account via paypal website it works. I tried with chrome and firefox. Any ideas on how to solve this?
