Pending payment - Subscription "Next billigng date - Empty"

A customer got this mail: XXXXX XXXXX's payment of KR0.00 of XXXXXXXX is due.
And the payment link is a blank page. When i check his subscriptions it has no "next billing date"... whats happening?
His subscriptions says the right amount and is valid. This is his third payment. And now has the status pending.... but he cant pay!
