Hello,
I signed up for the Pabbly Chatflow plan yesterday, and today I registered my sender phone number.

When I check the status of thiat number in my WABA account, I see it with the 'Pending' status.

And when I hover over 'Pending,' I see the information shown in the image below, which says:
"After the display name is approved, download the certificate to connect that phone number."

So I would liake to know:
Why is it pending and not already connected?
Do I still have to perform any procedures to have the number connected?

Note: I didn't see in anywhere the information telling me I should perform extra prodecure to get the phone number approved, before I sign with Pabbly Chatflow.

The issue you have stated above indicates that the display name for your WhatsApp number has not yet been approved by Meta, which is required before you can send messages using that number.

To check and update the display name status:
  1. Log in to your WhatsApp Business Manager (via Meta Business Suite).
  2. Navigate to the "Phone Numbers" section.
  3. Select the relevant phone number.
  4. Under the "Profile" tab, you will see the current status of the display name — whether it’s approved, in review, or rejected.

  • If it's in review, please allow some time for Meta to complete the verification.
  • If it’s not approved, kindly update the display name to meet Meta’s Display Name Guidelines and resubmit it for approval.

I followed the entire process exactly as instructed in the video. I'm already familiar with this type of process, as I have other numbers already registered and approved in my WABA account.

And yes, the name was approved, as you can see below. “aprovado” = "approved"

Everything is fine with this, and the number status shouldn't still be 'Pending.' That was a processing error during Pabbly > Meta integration, something completely beyond my control, but rather yours.

That kind of procedure, copying the certificate to use it in the code which Meta provides to verify the phone number, is required when we register the phone number ourselves, without the help of Meta's partner platforms. It was precisely to avoid this that I signed up for the Pabbly Chatflow plan, thinking I wouldn't have to do it.

I've already registered a phone number through the Twilio platform, and everything went smoothly. The number was connected immediately, without being stuck in the 'Pending' state, and I believed that with Pabbly I would have the same result.

So, I need my number to be connected, otherwise I see no reason to subscribe to the Pabbly Chatflow plan.

Please take my question more seriously, as it's more complex than it seems.

Are you facing any issues while connecting your phone number to Pabbly Chatflow? If so, could you please make a short screen recording showing how you’re trying to connect your number and at which step you encounter the issue?

I don't understand, I've done exactly what the video guides us.
So, for me to do it all over again I need to remove the phone that was previously sent to Meta, correct?

Are you sure you have taken those steps in the account associated with the email address [email protected]? There is no indication that a number has been added to this account — it only has a single demo number. You can verify the same at your end.

The Pabbly Chatflow account associated with the email address [email protected] does not have any number added to it, so we’re not sure what you mean by removing the number.

All right, I have done all the process again and now everything is looking fine.
I got what went wrong the first time I tried. I clicked on "Add payment method" when I reached the screen in the attached image. Meta then understood that I was trying to connect the phone number myself, not through any partner.

I suggest removing that option, as it suggests this is necessary before moving forward.

I've checked the number status in my WABA account and I found this what displays the image below:
Everyone knows Meta doesn't understand their own policies when we come to choosing names for those sender numbers. So much so that they previously accepted them, and now they has rejected it, the exaclty same name.

This is another thing I thought I wouldn't have any trouble doing it through Pabbly.
Now, choosing that name is a real Mexican soap opera.

I need your help with this now, please.
