I want to collect payment with paystack after users submit their form on my website. I setup a workflow but it's not responding.

Kindly reconnect the PayStack action step, also it seems like you are not having any planes in your account, so kindly place them once then try again.

I don't understand the plan part. The payment to be received is not static. The amount varies depending on the selections made on the website.
Likewise, after filling the form on the site, it doesn't redirect to payment page.

I thought the workflow I created here suppose to trigger the payment page.

What do I do?

Hey @mist

You cannot override the plan field if the plan does not already exist. Kindly make sure that the plan is available.

Hey @mist

In the Plan field, you have to pass the plan id in which their API accepts the payment request.

So, kindly try again by reconnecting the action step and passing the Plan ID.
