Please Help me get this Instagram Reels Publisher to Work..

I keep getting this error when trying to publish a Reel.
I've tried both MP4, and MOV formats..
Size is correct as well, as these are also videos downloaded from Instagram so i know they work when publishing directly..

what can I do to fix this issue?

The issue appears to be related to the link you are trying to use for uploading the video. Please try using a different link and see if this resolves the issue for you.

We tried uploading the video using this link and were able to successfully upload it to Instagram.

You need to upload it to a server and make it a direct link.

The link you are trying to use seems to be broken; that may be the reason why it is not being uploaded.

I got it to work, it was the special characters () % in the file name.
