Plutio Not Connecting

I keep getting this message when I attempt to connect Plutio with Pabbly Connect. Thank you in advance. "ID has an invalid entry"

It looks like you might have input the credentials in the wrong manner. Kindly provide the "Business Identifier" as the subdomain of your Plutio Dashboard URL.

The connection is good.

You are updating a person, I assume. You can only update a person if you know the id of that record, so you need to "search a person" first and use that _id

Thanks, but the business identifier is correct. I triple checked.

Thank you. I will try this. Search the person within Plutio, right?
 
The client secret and client id and subdomain are all correct.

It seems like you need to provide the Company while creating the person or Company Id.

Further, please check you have mentioned the name of the company and the domain in your Plutio's workspace.
