Podio > Xero "attention" field

When mapping data from Podio to Xero, I noticed that the address "attention" field is being auto-populated on create. (see 2 screenshots below)

Can you allow me to manually set the "attention" field in Xero?

-or-

Can you set it to auto-populate to the name of the company or full name?
