Posting from IG to FB failed

Tried posting from Instagram to other social media and received this error:

Can't find anything related to it, would anyone know of this error?

They are called
IG to Telegram, Pinterest, GMB, LinkedIn
IG to: TG, PT, GMB

Could you please share the task id where you have got this issue? We have checked it and we did not find it anywhere.

Also, we find an issue with Pinterest and found that you are submitting more than 500 characters and its limit is 500 characters only.
