problem in automation with google review

I'm having a problem with the automation of Google Review, when I click on save and test it works and responds to a comment with the GPT chat on Google Review, it shows that X tasks were consumed as if it were ok, but it's not responding automatically. what is wrong?

In this workflow, Google Business Profile has a trigger interval of 90 minutes. It may take up to 90 minutes for a new comment to be responded to automatically.
