Problem with connecting facebook page and facebook lead form

Hi, I am facing a problem with connecting Facebook page and Facebook lead form. While connecting my Facebook page and my Facebook lead form, it is not showing in the dropdown list to select. i have already connected these same things before but now i can't. It is showing like ' Nothing Selected'
