Problem with Lead ads form

Hello everyone, I have always successfully connected Facebook lead ad forms by selecting a page of which I am the administrator.
Now, with one of my Facebook pages, even though I am an administrator through Business Manager, it doesn't show me the form I created. Any suggestions?

Adding a new connection to a particular workflow does not have any effect on other workflows; they will continue to work as normal.
