Problem with Shopify and Filtering

Hello,

We have Shopify shop where we sell courses and we host them on kajabi.

The connection we are trying to create is person orders multiple courses - for example he picks Filipino, Chinese and Arabic language courses and he should get only those courses.

But user only gets one course not 3. Everything setup is through routing add-on (with the filter one it does not work, user don't get kajabi access mail).

Thank you for your answer.

Hey @Unseen

For your concern, could you please tell us that are you using the Iterator action step in your workflow or not?

Whereas if you are getting multiple products in the trigger response then kindly use the Iterator action by capturing the webhook response in advance response.

You can refer to the following video tutorial for your better understanding.

Hello @Supreme,

Watched tutorial and started building like this (images below) but does not matter if user buys 4 courses or 9 courses, he only gets access to the first one which is on the top of the list.

Also tried to have multiple webhooks (for each product I have created different webhook, we have 41 products at this moment) but the problem stays the same, user only gets access to one course and it does not matter if he bought 20 courses.

Any solutions how we should set-up this access?

As we can see from your workflow, we cannot see the Iterator action step as you have mentioned.

Further, if you want to process multiple products to the respective users then you have to use the Iterator action step, whcih will process all the line items one by one.

Moreover, you need to map the data from the Iterator action step to process all the line items to the destined action event.

It's kinda working but there is a slight problem. When we prompt "upsell" and a person buys it does not get access on Kajabi.

Hey @Unseen

As we can see from your recent task history the workflow is granting access to your Kajabi offer.

Kindly cross-check again and let us know if that works for you.

It works but for upselling, it does not. But maybe with your help, we fixed it, we will see when new orders drop in.

On another note is there any way to make it possible to make a subscription model, for example, the person pays us a subscription fee through Shopify (using Recharge subscription) and he gets access to Kajabi, but when he stops doing that he loses access.
