Concern 1-
In video one, we could see that there was Time Format error for your "Create Appointment" step, which we have corrected for you-

Concern 2-
In the second video, you did not pass the data in double-quotes, because of which it was not working previously.

So we updated it for you from our end-

So, now both of your concern we have updated manually at our end.

Kindly check on it by doing a test submission.
