QuickBooks Online Create an Invoice TxnTaxCodeRef

I am trying to create an invoice in QBO through a workflow.
The error I am receiving is TxnTaxCodeRef Content length Exceeded.
Problem is there is no such field.
I have refreshed the taxed codes, and used from the drop down box. (not mapped).
I'm not sure what this error is referring to.
