Random HTML characters appearing in Zoho Email body

I have a simple workflow which receives HTML content prepared somewhere else and send them as email body.
But, facing some strange issues while sending it using Zoho Email. Every time I add the body save and exit, by the time I reopen the workflow, I see some extra content below. Also, every mail I sent has extra data towards the end (which seems to be partial of actual HTML data. Can't seem to get rid of it.
