Razorpay Webhook Event Received but Pabbly Workflow Not Triggered

Hi Pabbly Support Team,
We are facing an intermittent issue with our Razorpay integration in Pabbly Connect. On 30 September 2026, two successful payments were made, but the workflow was triggered for only one.
Issue Details:
- Integration: Razorpay → Pabbly Connect
- Workflow: Payment Confirmation Email
- Event Type:
payment.captured - First Payment: 12:00 PM IST — Workflow triggered successfully.
- Second Payment: 12:12 PM IST — Webhook event is visible in Razorpay logs, but the Pabbly workflow was not triggered.
We verified the webhook activity in Razorpay and confirmed that both events were generated. However, the second event did not result in a workflow execution.
Could you please check your internal logs to confirm whether Pabbly received the second webhook and, if so, why it was not processed?
Please also advise how we can prevent such missed executions in the future.
We can provide the relevant event IDs, payment references and other technical details through a private, secure channel if required.
