As per your request, we have disabled the “Sent with Pabbly” footer. This change will reflect in any new templates you create. For existing templates, you will need to edit them and remove the footer manually.

It is still not effective. Please check again and fix. We need to remove this footer section from both regular and API/Workflow campaigns.

For newly created API/Workflow campaigns and templates, the “Sent with Pabbly” footer should no longer appear.

For existing templates, you will need to duplicate the templates and use the duplicated versions for sending campaigns, as the footer settings from older templates may still persist.

Please try this once and let us know how it goes. If the footer is still appearing, kindly share a screenshot showing the issue so we can investigate further.

Currently, we have disabled the “Sent with Pabbly” footer on the account associated with the email address [email protected]. So, it will be effective across all your businesses, including any newly created ones.

We have disabled the "Send by Pabbly" footer for your account.

Please note that this change will apply to any new templates that you create going forward, and the footer will no longer be added to them.

However, for your existing templates, you will need to duplicate/recreate them for the change to take effect. Once duplicated, the newly created template will not include the "Email by Pabbly" footer.
