Hello @hartamas,

The issue is occurring because you have selected a specific review from the dropdown. As a result, the workflow will only reply to that particular review each time it runs.

To resolve this, please enable the Map option and map the Review Name field dynamically to the review name, as shown in the attached screenshot.
