The HeartBeat.chat integration has the option for creating a "new thread", but HeartBeat also allows you to create a chat channel, and the "New Thread" option does not work on a chat channel. It only works in a thread channel. I request for the "New Thread" option to be made compatible or for a new "Chat Message" feature to be added.
