request to add a Novocall / timesync integration

Hi everyone,

Can someone confirm if this Novocall integration is working? I've been waiting for 5+ minutes for the webhook to gather the info, but something is not right.

This company has multiple products under the same name, and I am specifically looking for TimeSync, which is a Calendly alternative.


I'd like to request:
Trigger:
New Appointment
Rescheduled Appointment
Canceled Appointment

Action:
Cancel Appointment

Can someone confirm if this Novocall integration is working? I've been waiting for 5+ minutes for the webhook to gather the info, but something is not right.

Since the trigger event is a webhook-type trigger event Pabbly Connect only captures the data from the application only.

To double check, you can also confirm it through a webbooks testing site named webhook.site.

You can copy the webhook URL provided by Webhook.site inside the triggering application and do the test event inside the application to see if the webhook is being captured on not inside Webhook.site. This will double-confirm the issue.
